Character Role: Always a huge obsticle for heros aka a Strong villain who can get stabbed multiple times and keep fighting
Character Name: Bass
Character Gender: Male
Character Lore: "Bass is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily to imitate Mega Man's design, along with Treble, an imitation of Rush's design. He was created based on a research conducted on Mega Man with the intention of surpassing his power" (http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Bass) While Bass was training Dr.Wily made a particle transmitter which breaks down the target's particles and sends them through a gate to a different universe. So Dr. Wily, fed up with Bass not helping in his works, traps him in the particle transmitter room and sends him to the Blockland universe where he must choose to be friend or foe with the heros and become the strongest figure there. If about to die, Dr. Wily will bring him back and he won't send him back.

Some places could have more advanced technoogly then other like compare humans to aliens in movies, or if you want to hit close to home, Japan to Africa.

not accepting new characters unless background at the moment, sorry. Will keep in mind though. Also trying to not get copyrighted by whoever made megaman.
