How do I admin people?

I believe what you're looking for is RTB.

Press "esc"
Admin Menu -> Admin tab -> Should be a list with green buttons down the middle where you choose a BL_ID or a user in the game to admin.

Theres no admin tab
Idk how to put RTB into blockland
I cant find RTB in my Computer section. Please help
