I support this! However, I have seen an ambulance before in a server, I guess it was a private or custom made mod though.

The city van is like a Mexican ambulance. (Pardon my racism). It's just a delivery van painted differently with a bloody bed. He wants nice big American snake ambulance. (do tell me if you get the reference)
