You have used buttloads of big and chunky bricks, which gives the build a generally "clunky" look.
You haven't really done much to show any skill, there are a couple of different tree models, a small village, some strange arena (I think) and some kinda stuffty and lazy looking cubescape.
I'd say you'd have to try a bit harder if you want to get into the clan. You could make an entirely new build that's smaller but more detailed, or you could overhaul this one.
