Fillwrench.

Considering we have a fillprinter, and a fillcan, I simply request a fillwrench to quickly spread events.
Perhaps a color mode, and a named brick mode? It'd save my life. A lot of the time.

The closest thing to speedy-eventing is the Auto Wrench coupled with the Rapid Fire add-on. But I agree that we've needed a fill-wrench for a while now.

The Selecter Add-on, by dUMBELLS, found here. You can wrench all selected bricks based on brick type, color, or generally in an area.
