In my suggestion, all of this wouldn't of happened if you just enforced the rules to the admin and make good choices on picking admin. If the admin got really got hijacked then its his problem, and right now your main problem is not even your players, its the admin! You have to make wiser choices and be strict.

Why the hell do you ban without proof and yet when you have solid proof you don't actually ban the RDMer? I believe this is a mishap as I do not recall ever RDMing twice
