25 players is a loving overkill and you should know that.
Jesus christ did you even read Bushido's rant, it's not senseless.
At least make a system that the playercount rises with the amount of admins present on the server, with no admins it should be 8, and the max possible playercount is 20 with 5 admins on.
Do you not understand how loving difficult it is to administrate this gamemode?

I personally think bim isn't cut out for administration
If you really don't want administration problems with RDMs, auto ban people after 3 warnings if they rdm

Although I have to say Henri is quite an exception, he's understanding and doing a great job at filtering RDM.
