Why eat meat without any of that delicious flavorful fat???
Pork fat is the best.
The lovely sweet juicy fat, glazed in honey, from a boiled ham joint is to die for.
Or the equally sweet fat from a cooked gammon steak.
Ooor, the roasted crackling from a delicious joint of roast pork.
Even bacon fat is nice, but can be tougher and easier to choke upon. Worth the risk.
