Bolt the thunderhog:

Can anyone make weather OGG sounds to blockland?

It will go well with Gravity Cat's Thunderstorm mod.
And some other enviroments.

SWAT One:

Search first.  There are TONS of ambient environment loops.

Also, lock this pointless thread.
