Blockland soon on Linux? (Steam Dev Days)

most of us are talking about the visual part of the operating system
like sure it might be useful for hosting but how does it compare to windows for the usual person

Efficient. Free. Good support (for things that do work with it anyways). The only bullstuff is that software developers ignore it.

I can get a longer battery life on my laptop, figured I'd throw that out there too.
I got maybe an hour, maybe 90 minutes on Windows, whereas I can almost get 3 hours on Linux.

Eh. It wasn't designed for it, but it works pretty well. I think the main problem is that X was never intended for a desktop environment.
