Would it be possible to turn a model of a vehicle into an actual brick?

As some of you may know, I recently built a TARDIS which I posted to the gallery. The exterior of it uses TheKhoz's TARDIS vehicle mod, my problem is that because of the disaster that is vehicle physics, the exterior can often be found glitching out and...other bad things. So I was wondering if anyone (preferably TheKhoz himself) could make this vehicle an actual brick, the model is obviously already there and even though I don't know much about Add-Ons myself, I see this as possible at the least.

Edit: nope all you need is the dts exporter and ask him for the original blend
