Shapeshifter gamemode idea

So i had an idea for a gamemode. One person is a shapeshifter and everybody else has to figure who it is before they all die. Now you may think "This sounds like TTT and every other gamemode ever made" But no it's not there is a diffrence here because the shapeshifter disguises as people but there is a chance that it isn't exact like for example say somebody has 2 hands there is a chance the disguise has 1 hand and 1 hook instead or a diffrent face or shirt or color of something so it is easier to find out who is a fake and who isn't but there is also a chance that is exact and is really hard to tell apart.

i don't know there needs to be a reason for people to split off more.

Perhaps you need to kill someone before you can shift into them.

Yes. Everytime someone dies, the shifter turns into them. The deaths cant show up on the chat bar though
