While I agree that it's a security issue and is abusable, it's really up to the server owner, and this is likely only going to be used in mini games or with events set to admin only.

If their server gets screwed up, it's their fault.

What if there were a way to detect the user that made it so that players who used it would actually have permission to the command.  If a user made a button to clear all their bricks, by clicking it then why not?

No it's not, it's the mods vulnerability's that caused his server to be forgeted up.
