plus why would I code something that works exactly the same as the other thing that someone already made
if, for instance, the code in question is inaccessible to you because it's private
in that case it's more time wasting to pursue that particular code when you could make your own that's functionally identical and is adapted to your own needs
depending, of course, on what the code is. i don't guess anything in this type of gamemode that you would need for something non-identical would be complex enough for it to be reason not to make your own
