I've started the layout for the map. I'm working on the main buildings' layout. I'm trying to make the outpost like the one is in the movie, but I'm obviously going to have to improvise on some parts, especially parts of the outpost that aren't shown in the movie. Other than size/design, the outpost should be pretty accurate. The outpost itself changes throughout the movie (some parts get destroyed), so I will have to decide on what to keep and what to leave out. I'll probably have the radio room, the helicopter, the bulldozer, and the thiacol destroyed so it creates a sense of isolation. I think it will make people feel like they are on their own and there is no way out. Anyways, I'm kind of getting ahead of myself. I still need builders; people who have seen the movie and have a general idea of what I'm going for. I also know that I can't build good vehicles, so I'll need to find someone to help out with the helicopter and the bulldozer. Terrain may also be an issue. |
