This is the opposite of a RP, like what Kniaz said. The only way to make this like one, in my opinion, is to actually implement a banning system that bans players who cower in bricks, or oh I don't know, ban anyone who RDMs?

Map looks good, still haven't been able to join, it keeps hanging the load on objects.
Would be cool if you added some groups of people, like citizens, cops, etc.
Each person would follow their job.
