My bedroom has no heat.  Without a space heater, it usually gets down to 58 degrees or so after a couple hours.

I'm also nearly cold resistant.  I made a little chart for things I can handle on a scale.

Shorts:
70+ degrees

Jeans:
Any temperature (one time I wore nothing but jeans for 18+ months)

Short sleeve shirt only:
35+ degrees

Long sleeve shirt only:
N/A, don't wear them

Unlined sweater:
15 - 45 degrees

Lined sweater:
-20 - 30 degrees

Winter coat:
N/A, don't wear them.

In my lined sweater that I'm currently wearing everywhere, I feel like I'm dying at 50 degrees when zipped.  So I never do well in the summer (last summer was mild, so I was fine).  90+ degrees and I don't want to go outside.  One time passed out in public to heat exhaustion and it was barely 80.

As much as I love the cold, I get cold easily so I have to dress warmly.
