blow up vehicles underwater

I tried to modify drowning vehicle and I broke It :0
Gamemode_Speedkart allows you to control K your vehicle and you blow up if you touch the water, I dont want that.
Can someone do this for me?

I think he wants a speed kart that doesn't blow up in the water maybe. Can't tell for sure.

tried, they dont blow up quickly enough
