Suggestions for my stupid ass Super Chainsaw Arena server.

I've made some stuffty server that no one loves or would even like to try.
So i need suggestions on what to add for people to actually love the stuff out of it for once.
THE SERVERS NAME IS "Druidlyclean's Super Chainsaw Arena B.1.3"
What I have already, Addon wise, is Bushido's chainsaw, energy shields, syringes, and certain grenades.
On the server side, I have an awesome looking map that has a drop system and bouncers, and everyone has 500 health, because 100 health isn't enough.
Ill add in some pictures of the new save later when I have time to take some,or if the BL forums lets me.
This is the new thing from the sides.

Oh and if you go up the ramp in that last picture, you go into the cafe.

give us some pix i might be able to build you a better arena.
also you should advertise for your server on the forums
