Download link for VCE?

I stopped playing for a while so I don't have all my old add-ons and the one that I'm missing the most is VCE. The download like is privet for some reason so I can't download it. Can someone explain why this is and/or provide a download to it?

destiny made it private because he doesn't want people using it anymore. it's not the first time he's done something like this, but idk if he intends on making a newer version.

someone'll probably post it here, the only reason i didn't is because idk if i have the most recent version

Now if the owner tells me to remove this i will have to remove it
