I would like to note, 1) Canada was never working with UNP to get the computer chip. 2) UNP had begun work on Davidson computers (Processors that can process Davidson Cards, which are cartridges that store a lot of data.) since the 1950s. 3) UNP was working on the Internet for a while so if you just come up out of the blue and say you "worked with" UNP, that is false.
UNP does not, nor will ever include partisan nations in tech developments. If we would let you in, we would have to let the Red Pact in as well. Is that what you want?
Likewise, if the Red Pact was let in, DAPP would also have to have that info. This is neutral grounds, and will stay neutral grounds. The internet will exist on the neutral grounds on which it is founded.
