Proposal: Consider wounded soldiers out of a war, and enemy medics not firing upon your side should not be aimed at and killed if saving a wounded soldier (if Geneva convention never happened).
Else, make a UN proposal that would require all nations to provide effort toward clean energy/cleaner use of
petroleum cars/vehicles/stuff (aka efficiency with gas). "Earth is our home. We have to respect our home and save our children and our children's children from possible disaster."
