Author Topic: What constitutes animal cruelty in your opinion  (Read 2061 times)

why would you take a bullet for him if you hate him?
Ohana bro

He's still a richard though so on any given day I would trade him for child labor
Take all the pet peeves of being an older brother, make them 5x worse, and make them constant, non-stop

On the other hand I care about his well being in simple ways
It's funny when I tell him to put his seatbelt on he calls me a richard, but he's been in a vehicle crash simulator, I took an evasive driving course while he watched, and he knows our state law says you can face jail time for not buckling
So there's that
Currently in terms of the cat, here's what I'm thinking
I'm gonna empty out enough space on my iPhone so I can record a 1 minute video. When and if he does something, all I have to do is turn 120 degrees left and record
I did lose my temper yesterday and warned him if he made the cat cry again I'd make it a personal mission to get the cat a better owner

That really does suck, man, I hope you do find another owner.

If you can't convince your parents to give the cat away just do it yourself.
Say it ran away or something, maybe it didn't like getting finger blended on a daily basis.

to me, animal cruelty is anything that is forcefully causing harm to an animal
so basically, OP's story is animal cruelty to me
accidentally causing harm is okay though

It's ok, we will find you a new home with better people who wont hurt you anymore!

You should not own pets.

i agree, this is extremely irresponsible. good job for giving the cat an abusive owner

Yes, AdinX purchased this cat and gave it to his brother. His parents have absolutely no authority.

His parents have absolutely no authority.

apparently not because they give a cat to a person who clearly has autism and anger issues.

That doesn't really make sense, but my point was that your post appeared to be directed at Adin, who is not the person in charge of his household.

adin should make himself a bit more heard in front of his parents given that he appears to be the only sane human being in that house

but yeah its his parents who are to blame, maybe adin should let them know of their poor actions(i'd commit Self Delete if my kids would tell me how to be a better parent)

That cat needs to be taken away now. No offense because I know you aren't implying this, but I hate when others think someone's mental illness is an excuse for them to do whatever they want.

I got into a huge argument with my coworker about something like this.

you should beat his ass. autistic or not.
im pretty sure my brother has an iq below 40 but when he hits my dog, i beat him until he bleeds.

Beat the autism out of your brother

I don't think we should care enough about animals to constitute whether they are being abused or not.

He's pretty much spot on. I kid you not he blames everything on his autism
"If I wasn't autistic ----"
It is beyond annoying
I know someone with autism, and they do not act like self-entitled brats.

I know he's your brother and all, but you may have to
