How we are going to communicate?

Me and about 2 other people are making an in-game chat system like RTB.
I am sure there are other groups that are probably trying to make this.

Uhh, thats what Blockbot was for, that was what Lub was for, that was what Big Brother was for... Also the spammers is not that hard to moderate, the mods are not hard to moderate, love rps are already ingame, advertising is already moderated, and how is noobs a problem? Jesus christ.
and when I say moderated, there is a system set up in place for it, and Big Brother / blockbot / lub help too.

its real lame because theres people i have on my rtb friends list that i wouldn't add to steam or havent added but id still like to know when theyre playing. im not gonna add a bunch of loving people to my steam list.
