Version of RTB with only the Server Prefs

Since RTB is shutting down, can someone make a standalone add-on of the RTB Server Prefs?

It already functions fine.
Aside from the chat overlay never connecting, and an inability to download files, the mod will behave exactly the same as it did before.

But I fear that unless we have this, people will cease to make mods that use RTB server prefs because there's nowhere to download support for it.
