I never said anywhere he can't code, I'm saying it's awfully coded.

I don't know what loving hellspawn of a loving stuff wysiwyg editor you used, but if it makes over a kilobyte of spare bullstuff in html you need to get a better one.
You can't get rid of any of these, as they are for some loving reason used for formatting:
