good photoshop apps for Android

I need a good photoshop app for my galaxy tab 3. I tried gimp inkscape but I could figure out how to... well how would I say this, click the mouse? I guees thats how I could explain it. I dont want an app that only lets me adjust chanels and remove red eye. I need an app that will have most of the functions gimp and photoshop have. Any suggestions? Or solutions on how to use gimp inkscape?

ya thats what the gimp inkscape is. I would be able to use it but I cant figure out how to "click"
