1: you sue people when they take one of your copyrights and try to use it to backpack off of your success
if I took "google" as a project, or slapped googles name on something, then tried to sell it, I would be in violation

Those minecraft clones? I think they're in violation.
3: Lawsuits take a lot of money. It isn't worth it, especially with a case that isn't rock solid.
