You can't simply sue.
1. It would just waste money.
2. It is not a "Copy" of blockland, it isn't trying to capitalize on any part of Blockland. The "Copy" of blockland is a different game.

I'm pretty sure they didn't copy anything about this Blockland, just the name. So I don't think they can sue.
