Avatar uploading broken?

I've tried a million different files/formats, but they are all giving me this error.

It seems to reject anything that's above 10kb for me. Baddy really needs to fix it either way though, this avatar thing is getting rediculous.

i haven't had a problem uploading my last few avatars
i know my current one uploaded just fine on the first try without having to resize it or anything and the one before that worked too so idk

all of them are 75 x 75 pngs and I don't even get an error message saying it's to big. It just doesn't upload at all.

I haven't been able to change this robot avatar that I set on accident

when I tried changing it to something else it stayed the same so I kept refreshing the page thinking it was the cache thing but it wouldn't work
