Yay bacteria.

Netryal publishes a theory that diseases are caused by deadly bacteria entering a persons body through the nose, the eyes and/or the mouth.

So 1/10 of a 6/11 population would be 4448 right?

I just don't understand the conscription differences. Correct me if I'm wrong about n=6.

n is the population number, and PTotal should be the actual population.  q is conscription in the decimal form of a percent -0.1, and PMilitary is the military population.

I am going to rename the capitol to Tallifitzea, which literally means "Fitzea Hall"

Okay.  Sorry for the report being delayed.  Been dealing with a lot as some of you may know, but I'm switching to my computer to type out the report.

And yes, my computer is repaired.  If anyone wants a national anthem, let me know.  I like y'all earth thread peeps so much that I'll write something.  Examples of fun stuff.  Don't get too pushy about it either.  Most of those songs were recorded live— you'll get some medium-quality midi.

Term 12 Report:
Megaterm III




  • Dolckrow finishes work on an industrial district of Dolckrona at (23, 44).  Footsoldiers are mobilized to attack the hostile plainsmen to the east, called the Durek.  So far, one camp has been destroyed with moderate losses.  Farming results in a gain of 9 food and mining results in a gain of 2 iron, 1 gold and 3 stone.  Dolckrow begins construction of a storage silo in its Dolckronan industrial district.
  • Fitzea's explorers go out, with the assistance of the Ichlan.
  • Robolqia begins its campain against the Nukuran, and pushes strongly in the west and central points of the campain, sustaining moderate losses.  Robolq forces continue to push forward in the eastern end of the front, but suffer heavy losses and night raids from camps.  It is suspected that the Ichlan have a part in this war as well, though Robolqia has not received any reports of eastern invaders.  Additionally, Robolqia gains 4 food from farming.  Roqolqia builds a granary at (0, 1).
  • Eltringham's Armies cannot find the tribe that had done away with some of the Army's elite men.  Eltringham collectors manage to get 1 food.
  • Netyral builds a mine at (61, 3).

Due to the surplus of food, Dolckrow has offered food to tribal communities (Sälow) across the river, who accept, though cautiously as they have heard of Dolck invasion of nearby tribes.

Continue the journey to Dolckrow, then.

Continue the campaigns.

Continue claiming land as we take it.

Also requesting hills have a production boost. It's like that in civ.

Note that you have two farms and one granary.  Each granary processes grain from up to five farms.  That would lower production.  Also, you must build all things on the map.

The southern and eastern scouts are halted by hostile forces, some of them are struck down by ambush.  Southeastern scouts manage to pass the forces undetected.

Robolq claims now extend to include (0-2, 0-2), (3, 0-2), (0-2, 3), (4, 4).  Frontier extends into the hostile zones.  Scouts run into the Fitzean explorers being guided by the Ichlan.  Upon sight, the Ichlan prepare their weapons and guard the Fitzeans from the Robolq scouts.

If Zanaran2 is okay with production boosts for hills, then sure.

Edit:  I got some good national anthems in the making based on the type of ethnicity we chose.  Out of all of them, I think Eltringham's is the best.

Edit2:  Robolq forces manage to take a key Nukarani camp and steal 3 food and 1 gold.  This manages to cut off a key supply line traveling west to east all the way into the south end of the Ichlani land.

The Dolck forces push hard against the Durek and meet at a stalemate.  3 iron is being used to forge better weaponry, and a refinery is going to be built so that in the future, these would be easier to forge.

I'm okay with making hills have a productivity boost. That's a pretty cool idea, actually, and I'm going to implement it. I haven't played a Civ game yet, but it sounds like fun so I might get it.
Also, I voted in the poll.

The Fitzeans back away from the incoming Robolq, not looking to participate in the fight as the explorers only wielded crude shanks as weapons.

Awesome.  I'm working on the site as we speak.  I'll send a link when I get far enough.

Zan, how large are the tiles?  If possible, do you think you could also make 32x32 versions?  Doing this, the game board might be a bit easier to see.
