Forum suggestion: topic white/blacklist

Anyone on the blacklist would only be able to view the topic not post
And/or
Anyone on the whitelist would be the only ones allowed to post but everyone else can view it

uh, no. This would be a terrible idea and the little idiots who don't like constructive criticism would whitelist their server topics and gallery topics.

So what it's their topic and that would just degrade their server imo

It's still a terrible idea and could be easily abused/overused/etc. It would also be abused by little friends who don't want their haters posting in their topic. There's a reason why we don't have this.
