Something seems wrong with the 8x Corner steep from Mod Ter

Someone gave me their version, I copy and pasted and it's still broken.
Reinstalled blockland from scratch, still broken. Are you guys sure this isn't forgeted up for everyone else?

Cache cleared and everything? From what computer and OS are you running Blockland.
