Another House megathread. (NEW modern house, pg 2)

Honestly looks like there is more square footage in the back yard than the house... make the house layout bigger. Anyways looks fine so far.

I'm pretty sure that's normal? both my front and back yards have well over twice as much area as what my house takes up
