| Friends list without rtb |

ik that march 1st ephi will be leaving. But if rtb will be over, it might not mean that there would not be a friends list. but if this wont be done, will it mean that the updates will be aimed for steam for the join game features? |

If you're willing to wait, BAM will include a (actually properly done) chat system and friends list. Your best option is to just use Steam for now (or anything else really). |
