I don't think you understand how this forum, or even Badspot himself works. I'm not gonna pretend that I know the guy, but I've hung around his territory long enough to know how he operates. He may need someone to help moderate, but he's not going to just go "hmm.. who's the best forumer we have? Mod." Ephi didn't get the job because he's a fantastic person who treats all equally and is extremely helpful. He got the job because Badspot was going to PAX and needed someone to cover for him for the weekend. When he came back, he just left Ephi at his post. If he picks anyone to replace Ephi, it's going to be someone that he knows personally because it's really a job anyone can do. |

Well not specifically, anyone can be a moderator but it depends on the fact that if you do good at it. Anyone can be the CEO of McDonalds/[Insert Big Company], but that doesn't mean they can do the job. |
