| Who should replace Ephialtes as Admin? |

An administrator is someone who is capable of simultaneously micro and macro-managing a project or group of individuals. A good administrator is someone who can maintain order in both situations without creating chaos him/herself. A good administrator does not have to be smart or competent, or even level-headed. It doesn't matter if they are in some random fandom or not, and it doesn't matter what their ideologies are. You can always argue that these things are important but honestly, for an administrator to be effective, he/she really only needs to be able to maintain general order and reduce general chaos. I can honestly say that nobody on that list of potential replacements is anyone that would fit in with that requirement, save for perhaps Greek, but I don't really know him or any of the other people on this lest good enough to make that call. I also think the current administrator count we have is solid as-is. |
