Event - onRelay (Can use > Self,Client,Player,Bot,Minigame)

This input event "onRelay" has more things to it. It will use Self,Client,Player,Bot,Minigame (And obviously <NamedBrick> will always be there).

You are able to toggle the unrestricted targets to be active or not, in case if it is abused or something. Say /toggleRelay to toggle the mode.
