I don't know if anyone was able to backup entire pages from the downloads section, but in case no one was able to save at least some pages, we always have The Wayback Machine, but only thumbnails of images got saved as far as I'm concerned and obviously the downloads themselves don't work.

That still works, things like those don't require RTB's servers, so even the 'Your Mods' part of RTB's Mod Manager still works and all, except for browsing for mods to download because that obviously requires RTB's servers
