and it came with music from the games (which it always does)

can i use it for projects, since i legally purchased it

or do i have to get permission from the developer

Not if you put it online.

Then you have to deal with royalties and copyrights and all that bullstuff.

on youtube i dont put ads on my videos cause they usually contain copyrighted content

as long as you don't make any money off of it you're allowed to use it because of fair use

Probably depends on the game.

Some developers will probably not want you using their music in another project because they had that music made specifically for their game.
