rotate Loadoffset commands

Is it at all possible to have load offset rotate an entire build by like 90 degrees?

I don't think so. I wrote a BLS loader awhile back that allowed this, but it wasn't completed to the point where every element of a BLS would load (i'm pretty sure i didn't bother with events, items, vehicles, etc., just lights and emitters). It's not too difficult to do, though.
