Promote some RTB add-ons to become default

I've never actually experienced any bugs from the Duplorcator from what I can remember..
Though I do remember loads with the duplicator

The only thing we need default is faces and decals. We can't see custom decals without downloading them. We also have so little to choose from as it is.

Because I don't have any problem with it? It works flawlessly except for one little tweak I had to do to make it properly duplicate events on JVS.
