Promote some RTB add-ons to become default

Yeah, this. They're either things that should be part of the game base code (small fixes) or aren't necessary.

Most people hate the sniper cus its cooldown takes too long in most cases so you'd be dead by then, unless you know the auto cooldown glitch

Duplorcator has a really nasty habit of not wanting to duplicate certain bricks for some reason
