Incredibly fast vehicles / tied vehicles cameras

I've made a Turismo that went at ~350 km/h if that counts (and several other vehicles at realistic speeds). Collision worked perfectly.

JUst doing a hovercar like the one we have in the speedkart pack (not the gamemode) will do. Leave the collisions as we have them now, serious laugh is serious
