Skybox brick

Its a brick that only shows the sky and not the other bricks and stuff behide it.
For example:
1. Skybox Brick 2. The green bricks are the one that is going to hide
The skybox brick is going to be the sky that your using and the other bricks behide the skybox brick is going to disapper.
Can we make a addon like this?

I dont get it. Why. If it was a giant round baseplate it could work like "It only shows the skybox in the bricks over that baseplate"

No im meaning that the brick only shows the sky and the ground and other bricks behide it will disapper.
