Police light

As you all know, RTB has been down for a long time now, and I am just now needing a whole ton of mods and add ons. I have been searching the forums for a police light for the /setlight command. I was wondering if anyone had a link to a police light for that because I have not been able to find it here on the forums. Thanks.
