Title isn't a question, just FYI.
This is an app you can download for free.
It's called ShopWell, and what it does is, you select your age and gender, and it automatically selects what vitamins and foods you need. You can select more vitamins that you need and other things. Then you add some stuff you want to minimize, like added sugar, more protein, etc.
When you're done setting it up, you can either scan a barcode of a product or search the product, and it will pop up. It will give you a score based on what vitamins you chose and all that stuff. It also has a color indicator.
Red = Avoid this, yellow= Medium, so it's okay if you eat this sometimes, Green= good for you
This app is amazing, and I think you should try it.
I am not being paid to say this, nor am I getting any awards. I just found this pretty cool.
