Are you seriously that handicapped? There is NO DIFFERENCE between the FORUMS and IN-GAME, Administrator or not. They're both online. Unless you want to look like a stupid idiot, which you already are showing, you should be on your best behavior.

In-game: Play with friends and talk to them. Also make your own server.

That's no point at all. You've missed my entire point. The way you act on the forums is the way you're going to act in-game, if you're bad on the forums you're bad in-game, thus you're going to be a idiot Administrating or not. How many times do I have to explain this?

I'm just saying, I do not think you are a wise choice for administration, people are going to judge by your reputation. I would definitely not choose you for my team, just look at yourself.

I say judging by your posts and horrible attitude on the forums, you're not magically a different person outside of the forums. We can ban you from our servers for whatever reason we wish, deal with it. Just look at davidos/It's Boshy Time!, he's a well known idiot and he acts EXACTLY the same in-game as he does on the forums. Look at myself, or the hundreds of other forumers who act the same in-game as they do on the forums. If your reputation is crap, that's your fault, not ours.
