Even if RTB was still here, RTB didn't have any DDoS protection either. Nothing we can do about it, we just have to wait it out.

Why would it matter what service it is? RTB got ddos'd and had more downtime than CBM. Don't be foolish.

BL hosting services REALLY need to get DDoS Protection.
I'm pretty sure someone just waits for events like this and purposely DDoS's when its happening.

well if CBM was being ddos'd then you could switch over to RTB. but idk, CBM is prolly being ddos'd cos its the only one left
