Well I mean it looks like Ratchet's getting forgeted up pretty badly at 1:25, so he's probably toast. Then again what the forget did he ever do in the previous movies aside from standing around and generally not looking at all like Ratchet.

The theory I've heard going around is that Galvatron is going to be a human project built from Megatron's salvage (like those "stinger" mechs based on bumblebee) that goes wrong and is going to be another villain, but I don't know how credible that is.

And I'm assuming unicron will be in the movie and then they will play "the day after tomorrow" bullstuff story for the human story and then unicron will have the absolute least satisfying death.

I'm sure going to love the bayformers ripping off another movie about humans scrambling around worrying about unicron. It's going to take up a good chunk of the transformers time block.That shia labeouf kid is gonna have to find his megan fox before the world ends.

also since ya'll probably dont know much about this film, might as well inform you guys. heavy spoilers so dont read or w/e

transformers are hunted down by anti-transformers groups (some lead by kelsey grammer), leading to the death of numerous autobots including ratchet. optimus goes into hiding and fully powers down in the old G1 rusty cab. it's found by mark wahlberg with her daughter nicola peltz and repowers optimus. other autobots go into hiding as well, including bumblebee in the old camaro. after this, we don't know anything specifically plot-wise. there are confirmed human made transformers, Stinger (red pagani) made by stanley tucci, and possibly galvatron. decepticon bounty hunter Lockdown (lambo) captures optimus prime at some point and held captive in his ship. the dinobots do rescue him later on. bumblebee also gets a new alt/robot form (new 2014 camaro) and copies Stinger's robot mode. optimus also rides grimlock at some point.

there is no shia or megan, or any of the old cast. it's all new cast.

dino/mirage, the wreckers, etc. lockdown is the guy walking down the street with his ship behind him, and galvatron is believed to be made. possibly by lockdown or by humans.

hot rod is actually mentioned briefly by only one source, so it's not officially confirmed.

overall though, this new transformers seems to be a step in the right direction and moving away from shia was a great idea. finally, have these two.
